Male dress Finish:Single 18th December 1977Male dress, 16th century, (1910). Example of men's dress showing the hanging sleeve. He is armed with sword and buckler (shield). His flat cap hangs upon his shoulder by a cord. The body of the doublet is slashed the skirt shows an attempt at pleating. A 19th century copy taken from from Henry VIII's Great Bible.
